How can I check the status of my order on OKFAY?
You can check your order status by logging in to your account and opening Orders. From there, click Track Order Details to view the latest shipping information, as shown below.
Please note that it may take 3–5 days for the first tracking activity to appear after the order has been shipped. This usually happens because the next carrier facility still needs time to scan the parcel. Once the shipment reaches the next station, the courier should update the tracking record.
