Can I change the email address linked to my OKFAY account?

Yes, you can change the email address connected to your account. To do so, please log in to your account, open My Profile, and use Update Email to replace the current address, as shown below.



If you do not have any active orders, or all of your previous orders have already been completed, you may also contact customer service to delete the current account first and then create a new one with your new email address. If you still have unfinished orders, please keep your order number and wait until those orders are completed before asking us to remove the old email address.
